How would you describe your job to a 7-year-old?
I help our customers understand what they can build with Tosibox and what makes it unique. I make sure they have the right tools, resources, and support so they can succeed and have a great experience using Tosibox.
How did you end up in your current role?
I was previously a Regional Sales Manager and enjoyed selling, but found that my real strengths were in supporting the client. My supervisor noticed my strengths and asked if I would be interested in a Customer Success role. I immediately was enthusiastic about the prospect of supporting our clients while building out and shaping the success side of the business. I have been able to use my strengths to make real and lasting impacts for the business.
What is the best part about your job/working at Tosibox?
I enjoy the people I work with the most! Everyone wants the team to succeed and does their best to support. I love the flexibility and autonomy as well. I feel like my contributions are valuable.
If you had to swap places with a colleague for one day, who would it be and why?
If I could swap places with any colleague for a day, I’d choose someone in product engineering. I love understanding how things work under the hood, and I think spending a day in their shoes would give me even more context to connect the dots across teams and optimize the customer journey. I’m always thinking about how to improve systems and build processes that work at scale, so seeing things from their perspective would help me be even more effective in my role. Plus, I think it’d be fun to flex a different part of my brain and challenge myself in a totally new way.
