Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Texas. Here’s a snapshot of what your daily responsibilities could include:
You’ll be at the heart of our customer relationships, working closely with the sales team and cross-functional colleagues to ensure our customers have the tools and support they need to succeed. You’ll also help drive our sales enablement efforts, product utilization, and contribute to continuous improvement across the customer journey.
- Proactively engage with customers to build strong relationships, ensure successful onboarding, and maximize the value they get from our solutions.
- Develop and lead the overall sales enablement program, including training, onboarding, process improvement, and content creation.
- Provide the sales team with tools, resources, and best practices to improve sales performance and customer experience.
- Gather and share insights from sales and customers to drive continuous improvement and future product development.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead generation activities, including webinars and targeted campaigns.
- Identify and implement relevant sales enablement tools and evaluate existing materials for gaps and enhancements.
- Manage CRM reporting, track sales activity, and ensure smooth information flow across teams.
- Support sales leadership by fostering a culture of coaching, performance management, and sales excellence.
Besides your team in the US, you will be supported by 90+ Tosiboxians across the globe. You will report directly to VP of Direct Sales, Jeff Friedman.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record, a passion for customer outcomes, and a collaborative mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to connect the dots between people, process, and technology. You need meet these:

Experience & industry knowledge:
7+ years in the software industry, including 5+ years in SaaS and/or subscription-based models. A strong grasp of value drivers in recurring revenue businesses. -
Sales expertise:
Deep knowledge of sales enablement technologies, modern sales methodologies, and the buyer’s journey. You understand sales training and management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental coaching. -
Project & stakeholder management:
A proactive planner with excellent attention to detail. You can drive projects from concept to completion, facilitate effective meetings, and keep stakeholders aligned and accountable. -
Analytical thinking & communication:
Strong strategic, analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to consult on complex topics and communicate clearly. You're also a skilled presenter and trainer, with fluency in English (written and verbal). -
Collaboration & adaptability:
A dependable team player who brings people together and works well across teams. You’re flexible, handle ambiguity and change with ease, and stay composed under deadline pressure. -
Other good stuff:
Strong negotiating skills, high integrity, and a bias for action. Occasional travel (up to 10%, including one annual trip to Finland office) is no problem for you.
